Land Acquisition
In October of 2020 West Lake Church was able to purchase an 8 acre tract of land located in The Groves master-planned community. Although we have seen God's hand at work through many steps in this process, one of the clearest signs of His provision was that this land was never publicly listed on the market.
God provided another miracle in that we purchased this property for only $5.55 a square foot, which was a total cost of $1.935 million. This was a miracle because conservative estimates for commercial land in our community are valued anywhere between $20-$24 per square foot, which would be a total cost of over $8 million.
Our property is located at: 16161 Woodland Hills Drive. Just north west of the Woodland Hills and Madera Run Parkway intersection.

Through the Rise Up campaign, West Lake is taking the next step toward building Phase One of our permanent home. This facility will provide a place for Sunday gatherings, ministry throughout the week, and opportunities to serve our community. More than simply a building, it will be a tool to help more people know, worship, share, and serve Jesus Christ for generations to come.
